AOSA-2016-0013: update x11-lib to 20161007

Please update your x11-lib and x11-lib+32 (optenv32, amd64 only) to version 20161007.

X.Org security advisory released on October 4th, 2016 disclosed a large amount of vulnerabilities fixed in newly released X11 libraries.
